Site Inspection

We inspect the tank, sanitation connections, available space, user population and intended gas application.

Technical Evaluation

Structural integrity, hydraulic behaviour, loading rate, retention time and gas potential are reviewed.

Conversion Design

Required modifications, gas sealing, piping, storage, filtration, safety and discharge systems are planned.

Construction and Modification

Approved alterations and additional components are installed under controlled technical supervision.

Testing and Commissioning

The system is checked for leaks, correct flow, component performance and safe gas delivery.

Not every septic tank can be converted safely.

Tanks that are damaged, poorly sized, inaccessible, structurally weak or unsuitable for gas-tight operation may require rehabilitation, partial reconstruction or replacement with a purpose-designed biodigester.
