General principle
Refund eligibility depends on the item purchased, fulfilment stage, non-recoverable costs and any specific written agreement.
Registration deposits
Seat-reservation or administrative registration payments may be non-refundable where clearly described as deposits or limited-capacity reservations.
Full event tickets
Requests before a published deadline may be considered less processing and administrative costs. After the deadline, transfer to another eligible attendee may be offered instead.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable once branding, promotion, production, exhibition planning or other sponsor benefits have begun.
Digital products
Completed digital deliveries are generally non-refundable unless materially defective, inaccessible through our fault or substantially different from the description.
Training
Refunds depend on notice, programme commencement, material access and costs committed. Transfer to a later cohort may be offered.
Engineering and consultancy
Fees for completed assessments, designs, reports, travel, mobilisation, consultancy time or achieved milestones are not refundable.
Physical goods
Unused standard products may be returnable with prior approval. Custom, installed, misused or special-order goods are generally not returnable unless defective.
Cancellation or postponement
If we cancel an event, customers may be offered a refund, credit or transfer. If postponed, tickets will normally remain valid for the revised arrangement.
Timing and charges
Approved refunds may exclude non-recoverable payment charges where lawful and may take several business days depending on the provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be investigated and resolved.
